Oral Surgery

The formation in order to become a maxillo-facial surgeon includes the studies of dentistry and human medicine plus a further education of 4 years.
Specialisations as plastic surgeon require another 3 years of additional education. This longterm, interdisciplinary formation is the basis for treating the complex structures of the jaw and the face. As maxillo-facial surgeons, we always consider the human face as a whole. Functional, same as aesthetic aspects determine diagnosis, design and realistaion of our mostly surgical interventions.
